Policies
All planning packages sales [fees] from xlusiveta.com are final. Should
you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or
choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained. This fee is
nonrefundable and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be
applied to your booking. This is an administrative planning fee.
Upon receipt of your quote, you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or
changes to the options we send you. Once 5 days has passed, your quote will expire
and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $50.00 before we will
continue with the planning process. This $50 will reactivate the planning phase for
an additional 3 days.
Destination changes during or after research will also incur a $50 fee per change.
Changes to active bookings will incur a $50 post booking fee per change.

Does Xclusive Xscapes offer payment plans?
- For trips at least 45 days away, you have the opportunity to pay a small deposit and spread the remaining balance over a flexible payment plan option.
How do payments work?
- We will send a secure Credit Card Authorization form to collect your initial deposit. For future payments, you will complete a Payment Form found on our Make A Payment page. * Some travel suppliers do offer automatic payment drafting*
Will I pay more if I book through a travel agent?
- Typically travel agents have access to deals and offers that you typically cannot book yourself. In most cases, you save more than you spend. Travel agents always work within your budget to ensure an affordable, stress less vacation.
