Thank you for choosing Xclusive Xscapes for your upcoming vacation. We look forward to helping you plan your vacation. For your convience, you may use this form to authorize payment on your vacation.
PLEASE NOTE:
Completing this form does not process your payment immediately. Once submitted, it simply authorizes our team to process a payment on your behalf. If you do not see funds taken out if your account immediately, please allow us some time to process. You will receive email confirmation once your payment is processed.
1. Payments are only processed during normal business hours (M-F 10am - 7pm EST
2. Payments received after hours may not be processed until the next business day.
3. If any of the following fields are left blank we may not be able to process your payment and your reservation may cancel.
4. If your reservation is DUE on the date you are submitting payment, please ensure you complete this form before the close of normal business hours as stated above.
1. You will select "apply to personal balance: if you are splitting the total on your reservation with others.
2. You will select "apply to the total balance" if you would like this payment to be deducted from the full balance.
3. You will fill in "other" if there is a specific way you would like this payment applied.
Waiver of Liability
By signing and submitting your signature below, you agree to the outlined terms and conditions for all members of your travel party.
This agreement releases Xclusive Xscapes LLC, its owners and travel agents from all liablilty relating to injuries, illness or quarantine that may occur during domestic and/or international travel. By signing this agreement, I, and all travel companions, agree to hold Xclusive Xscapes LLC and its owners and travel agents entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries, illness, or quarantine, regarless whther injuries or illness are caused by negligence. By submitting my signature, I acknowledge all inherent risks involved in domestic and/or international travel, for myself and my travel party.
Anti-Fraud/Chargeback Clause
As a valued client of Xclusive Xscapes, we strive to provide you with a secure and trustworthy travel booking experience. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against anti-fraudulent activities, we ask that you carefully read and acknowledge the following Anti-Fraud/ Chargeback Clause:
1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.
2. Authorization: By booking through Xclusive Xscapes & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.
3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Xclusive Xscapes or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction.
4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concern related to your booking, or concern related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 346-800-3878 or xclusivexscapes@outlook.com.
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Xclusive Xscapes or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.
6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Xclusive Xscapes, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.

By continuing with your payment authorization, you signify your understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.
* You understand that this authorized payment will be manually applied by Xclusive Xscapes directly to your reservation with the supplier used to book your vacation. A receipt will be emailed upon payment application to book your vacation. Please note, you will not see a charge by Xclusive Xscapes, but you will see a charge from the supplier directly. Payment may take 2-5 business days to fully process and reflect on your statement.
