When selecting the "Low Fare Calendar" option, we will search for the estimated lowest priced travel fares by month. This option is perfect for those who don't have strict travel date requirements and would like to get the best deals on travel.
If you are submitting a cruise inquiry, please state the departure port you would like us to research.
After your deposit is paid, final payments are usually due 30-45 days prior to travel, so if your travel dates are within 30-45 days, full payment will be required upon booking.
Buy now, pay later is an option that allows a vendor to pay for your trip in full upfront. You will then pay a deposit, and repay the vendor at a monthly rate. This can continue to be paid even AFTER you have went on your trip. **This offer is subject to a soft credit check for approval, and possibly a hard credit check upon agreement of borrowing.**
Travel Insurance Policy
Xclusive Xscapes highly recommends purchasing a travel insurance policy for the duration of your journey. Insurance protects you, your trip, and your travel investment.
Travel agencies, airline suppliers, or airline carriers do not compensate for any unforeseen expenses in the event of a cancellation or failure to make your trip, health issues or loss of health, lost baggage, death and/or accidents or emergencies due to illness, natural disasters, etc.
If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a travel insurance waiver and assume sole financial liability for all direct and indirect costs and consequences for events occurring before and/or during the trip.
The client does not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses incurred as a direct result of cancellation or failure to make your trip, lost baggage, loss of health, death, accidents and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, if the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause or/and reason for these expenses.
This is clause is also valid if the travel agency did not separately offer to you the possiblity to buy travel insurance for other services bought and did not clarify the possible consequences of not having such insurance.
**The insurance cost is non-refundable**
The insurance cost will be added in the deposit up front.
I understand that full payment for my vacation/trip will be due 30-45 days prior to departure depending on the supplier used to book. For trips falling within 30-45 days of the departure - full payment is required. For trips beyond a departure 30-45 days, a deposit can be placed and flexible payments are allowed up to final payment due date.
Planning Service Terms of Agreement
I confirm that I understand this planning service will incur a nonrefundable & non-transferrable plan to travel fee that will not be applied toward the payment of my trip. I also understand and agree that all planning package sales (plan to travel fees) from xclsuiveta.com are final. Furthermore, should I book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained to compensate for our time in consultation, research, pricing, and support before, during, and post travel. After submitting my inquiry, Xclusive Xscapes will reach out to me and suggest a planning package based on my travel needs. I can book the suggested planning package at any time on XCLUSIVETA.com
